Phases

The Phases of the Research Project iSEE-6G

Phases iSEE-6G
Problem Solving

Phase1

The first phase, realized initially by WP2, is tailored towards a deep scientific orientation and alignment, and will ultimately yield a concretized description of the 6G vision and associated user stories, the system requirements, the overall system model, the set of optimization problems that are treated by the project and the experimentation plan, considering the interdisciplinary (technology, user and business) requirements of the iSEE-6G context.

Implementation

Phase 2

The second phase, mainly realized by WP3, WP4 and WP5, aims at designing and implementing the key building blocks of iSEE-6G in order to meet the defined objectives, fulfill the identified requirements, and facilitate the envisioned usage scenarios. Main outcomes will be the detailed iSEE-6G framework solutions, further developed through integration and testing in WP6.

Integration

Phase 3

Finally, the third phase concentrates on the integration, validation, and evaluation of the final iSEE-6G system. During the course of this phase, key components, workflows and innovations will be presented, deployed and assessed, through the works of WP6. While WP2 established the ecosystem definition underpinning the individual building block solutions, coordination is additionally foreseen between WP3, WP4 and WP5 (with the support of WP1, see next) so as to ensure alignment.
